All services are delivered digitally and require communication through email or Discord.

2. Client Responsibilities

Grant temporary access to your Discord server (if required)
Not request or require us to perform actions that violate Discord’s Terms of Service
Maintain ownership and responsibility for your server and its content

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information or changes made after service completion.

3. Payment & Billing

Payment must be made in full before work begins
Prices listed on our website may change at any time
All payments are processed securely through third‑party providers
We do not store or process your payment information directly.

4. Delivery & Revisions

4.1 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are listed on each service page. Actual delivery may vary depending on project complexity or communication delays.

4.2 Revisions

Most services include a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions may require an extra fee.

4.3 Completion

A service is considered complete once the agreed‑upon deliverables have been provided.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun

6. Discord Access & Security

Server configuration permissions

Modify your server beyond what is required
Access private channels unless necessary
Store or share your server data

You may revoke access at any time after service completion.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for:

Illegal activities
Harassment, hate speech, or harmful behavior
Spam or malicious automation
Violations of Discord’s Terms of Service

If we determine a project violates these rules, we may refuse or cancel the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Server issues caused by third‑party bots
Discord outages or platform changes
Misuse of tools after delivery
Damages resulting from user modifications

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
